The property is then analyzed relevant to Tenants In The Market, competitive properties, macro and microeconomic trends to inform the ideal pricing and marketing strategy

Once the Market Analysis is complete we develop the marketing plan for the property, tapping key stakeholders in local government, the business and brokerage community.
