A local bank moved to foreclose on a commercial property that was financed against high pro-forma rents. With no suitors in sight, the bank took the asset in as an REO, and asked A+M to provide an appropriate exit strategy. A+M is currently working to structure the optimal divesture approach on the bank’s behalf.
